Franz Dahlhoff takes over the former ABB-Metrawatt in Furth im Wald with 71 employee; The beginnings of the DELTEC Group |
| 1996: |
DELTEC gains several new projects of the Automotive Industry |
| 1999: |
Establishment of DELTEC Automotive GmbH & Co. KG and opening of the new eltectronic plant in Furth im Wald with a production area of more then 6000sqm. |
| 2000: |
Introduction of the successor arrangement. |

Opening of the new Engineering Centre. |

Increase of the SMD-capacity from 400 million components up to 1.6 billion per annum. |
