- X-ray inspection, incorporated into the workflow or in series
- In-circuit testing (ICT): in-house construction of test adapters and creation of inspection programmes, flash programming
- Function testing (FCT): development of testing strategies according to specifications, product-specific modifications, strategic analysis of measurement results
- Boundary scanning
